Anne Hathaway Looks Effortlessly Elegant At The 2026 Met Gala
Anne Hathaway’s classic charm and elegant is always undeniable.
The “Princess Diaries”and “Ella Enchanted” star graced this year’s Met Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, on May 04.
The actress made it all the way to NYC’s highly anticipated annual fashion event, three days after her busy world tour promoting her film “‘The Devil Wears Prada 2” which premiered May 01.
She wore a black silk-wool ball gown with white details and painting,. It features a hand and a dove on the front, and a Goddess on the back, a Michael Kors creation in collaboration with artist Peter McGough for this year’s Met Theme “Costume Art” and dress code “Fashion Is Art”. It is inspired from a poem “Ode On A Grecian Urn” by John Keats which wishes for peace, beauty and harmony,

The gown was a strapless and just hooked around her body with exact cut-out on the mid rib, which effortlessly fits her face and beauty. She acquainted her look with her Bulgari necklace and earrings.
The actress was also joined at the event with her co-stars in “The Devil Wears Prada 2”, Emily blunt and Stanley Tucci.
How Anne Hathaway does her every red carpet look isn’t really hard to guess. As we all know she always appears effortless and camera ready. And she is certainly effortlessly elegant and beautiful in her Met Gala look.
